The multiethnic and multicultural diversity of Sălaj reflect-
ed in the cultural heritage of the county, launches another Traditional cuisine, Sălaj
invitation, as authentic as it is daring - that of a gastro-
touristic incursion preserving in itself the flavours
of this cultural diversity of Sălaj. The gastronomic tour can
start with tasting tours of the traditional products offered
by the profile farms, vineyards and wine cellars, for ex-
ample Silvania Vineyard - with “Silvania” sparkling wines,
which are made by the slow-matured traditional Champe-
